Refund and Returns Policy

1. Overview / 概述

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 我们的退换货政策有效期为自送达之日起 30天。如果收到商品已超过30天,我们很遗憾无法为您提供退款或换货服务。

2. Eligibility for Returns / 退货条件

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 为了符合退货条件,您的商品必须是未使用过的,并且保持您收到时的状态。商品也必须位于原包装内。

Special Note for Paper Products / 纸质产品特别说明:

  • The item must not be assembled. Due to the nature of corrugated paper/cardboard products, once assembled, they cannot be restored to their original state for resale. 商品必须未经过组装。由于瓦楞纸/纸板产品的特性,一旦组装,将无法恢复原状进行二次销售。
  • For hygiene reasons, if the product shows signs of pet use (hair, scratches, or odors), it will not be eligible for a return. 出于卫生原因,如果产品有宠物使用过的痕迹(毛发、抓痕或异味),将不予退货。

3. Damaged or Defective Items / 损坏或瑕疵商品

If your order arrives damaged during transit (e.g., the cardboard is crushed or torn), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately. 如果您的订单在运输途中损坏(例如纸板被挤压或撕裂),请在收货后 48小时内 联系我们,并提供损坏物品及包装的照片。我们将立即为您补发或办理全额退款。

4. Non-returnable Items / 不可退货的项目

  • Gift cards (礼品卡)
  • Items on clearance/sale (清仓/特价商品)
  • Customized products (定制化产品)

5. Return Shipping / 退货运费

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. 如果是由于我们的错误(如商品损坏或发错货)导致的退货,运费由我们承担。
  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., you no longer want it, or your cat doesn’t like it), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 如果是由于个人原因(如不再需要或猫不喜欢)导致的退货,您将负责支付退回商品的运费。原始运费不予退还。

6. Refund Process / 退款流程

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 一旦收到并检查了您的退货,我们将向您发送电子邮件,通知您我们已收到退回的商品。我们还会通知您退款申请是否获得批准。

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. 如果批准,您的退款将被处理,款项将在 5-10个工作日内 自动原路退回至您的支付账户。
